The heat map can be configured to show avatars and employee data for any staff member active in the monitored zones as well as a circle for each visitor present and connected via your Cakebox ISG. Enabling you to quickly see how many visitors your staff is assisting. Simply, click an employee’s avatar to send an SMS, E-Mail or Spark message. With integrated video systems, click the camera icon to see a real-time streaming feed. Generate reports using Staff Location History to gain valuable insights on where employees spend their time providing valuable insight on work-flow planning.
Cakebox Smart Office Solutions support both CMX and Meraki deployment environments and allow further integration with BLE employee identification and location services.
